A Testosterone Doctor Says You Don’t Need to Eat Testosterone Rich Foods To Get Testosterone boost

The testosterone levels of some men in the U.S. have skyrocketed over the last decade.

But a new testosterone doctor is taking a more holistic approach to testosterone production.

Dr. Michael L. Miller of the University of Colorado in Boulder is one of the first physicians to offer testosterone injections to men.

He says that although men are getting higher levels of testosterone, they aren’t producing enough of it.

He tells NBC News that the average man should be able to get around 5.8 milligrams of testosterone per day, or about 5 percent of his normal level.

Miller says this will help men take in more of the natural testosterone produced by their testicles.

But it can’t replace men taking testosterone supplements like Prozac, or take the hormone, which has become popular in recent years.

“We don’t know how much of it is actually in the body,” Miller said.

“We know that men have been getting more testosterone, but we don’t have a lot of data on how much actually is in the bloodstream.”

Miller says that men who have a low testosterone level have lower levels of circulating estrogen.

Miller has studied men who are deficient in testosterone.

He said that the hormone is metabolized differently in men.

The man’s body will use the testosterone that is stored in the tissues to make estrogen, while testosterone is metabolically converted to estradiol.

The result is that a person’s testosterone level will be lower than the person’s baseline testosterone level.

And the higher testosterone level, the more estrogen a man will be exposed to in his body, which can lead to a higher risk of developing ovarian cancer.

Miller says men need to eat foods that are high in vitamin B12, and high in minerals like magnesium and potassium.

That’s because the hormone has been shown to increase the levels of vitamin B6, and these are known to be critical for normal cell growth.

“There’s an imbalance in how the body produces estrogen,” Miller says.

“It is important to be aware that it is a chemical, but it is not a substance.

It’s an amino acid.”

Miller suggests that men consume a diet rich in folate, vitamin B3, calcium and other minerals.

He says that people need to get adequate calcium to maintain bone density, and men should also drink a high-quality diet rich with B12.

The idea is that men need a vitamin B9, because it’s necessary for the body to make testosterone.

But, he says, men should eat plenty of protein, which is important for maintaining muscle mass and helping the body build new muscle tissue.

“What I recommend to men is that they start with a very low-fat, moderate-protein diet, and slowly build up to a very high-protein, very high fat diet,” Miller told NBC News.
